I love this cookbook! It is in great shape for the age and has many of the cookie recipes I use!
See it in action
When the Book Falls Apart, the Recipes Go With It
You baked from it until the spine cracked and the pages came loose. Maybe the kids got to it, or a sister kept Mom’s copy. Either way, the recipes your family loved are gone.
When the Book Falls Apart, the Recipes Go With It
You baked from it until the spine cracked and the pages came loose. Maybe the kids got to it, or a sister kept Mom’s copy. Either way, the recipes your family loved are gone.
Worn Out From Years of Use
The copy you baked from for decades is stained, taped together and missing pages.
The Kids Got to It First
Spilled batter and little hands ruined Mom’s book, and with it the recipes everyone loved.
Online Versions Never Taste Right
Recipes found online are rewritten, “updated” or missing the measurements Mom actually used.
It’s Not That You Forgot
Those recipes only ever lived in that one book. You can have every one of them back.
Every Recipe, Right Where You Left It
This is the beloved 1963 edition of Betty Crocker’s Cooky Book, with all 450+ recipes, full-color photos and the step-by-step sketches you grew up with. Turn to the Chocolate Crinkles or the holiday section and bake them the way Mom did. Then pass it on, so the next generation has them too.

I love it. I have my mom's original from 60 years ago, but it is falling apart.

Your questions, answered
Is this the same book I grew up with?
+
Yes. It reproduces the 1963 edition with the same recipes, color photographs and how-to sketches. Buyers who wore out their first copy call it “the exact same book.” It’s a new printing, not an original 1963 copy, so it’s ready for everyday baking.
Is it good for beginners?
+
Yes. Every recipe comes with full-color photos and step-by-step sketches that show what the dough and the finished cookie should look like. It’s written for first-time bakers and seasoned pros alike.
Does it make a good gift?
+
It’s one of the most common reasons people buy it. Customers order copies for daughters, moms and granddaughters, especially before the holidays, so the whole family has the recipes.
What measurements do the recipes use?
+
The recipes use the original US cup and spoon measurements, with oven temperatures in Fahrenheit, just as they were printed in 1963.
When will my order arrive?
+
Every order ships with tracking internationally. Your estimated delivery date is shown right above the Add to Cart button, and your tracking link will be emailed to your email as soon as your order ships.
